Dining Out - Erbert and Gerbert's
By Andrea Faiad
Made to order sandwich shop, a college favorite for their fresh ingredients, late hours, and delicious bread.
Looking for another sandwich shop? A college town favorite, Erbert's brought its subs to Rochester recently. They use real mayonnaise and fresh-baked bread that they take the middle out of, so the lettuce doesn't get squeezed out when you bite in.
"People love the product," says Andrew Dettinger, manager.
Erbert's delivers and is open later than most other sandwich shops in town.
